FencerLens fencing video analysis
HUMAN-REVIEWED WORKFLOW
One bout. Five controlled stages. The useful unit is not a generic AI score. It is a reviewed chain from source video to evidence, conclusion, and training action.
01
Upload the full bout Add weapon, athlete side, event, opponent label, score, and the question you want answered.
Athlete or administrator 02
Create the analysis workspace The private source remains in R2 while an owned D1 job tracks status, context, and every later action.
Platform 03
Segment and inspect phrases An analysis pass proposes phrases and evidence frames. The administrator corrects timing, score, action labels, and uncertainty.
AI-assisted, human controlled 04
Review the bilingual draft Findings and training tasks must cite confirmed evidence. Unsupported claims cannot enter the published report.
Administrator 05
Publish to the athlete A reviewed, immutable report version appears in that athlete account only. Corrections create a new version.
Administrator WHAT TO PREPARE
A stable full-piste view produces better evidence. Keep both fencers and the scoring box visible when possible. Upload the original file instead of a recompressed social clip. Tell us which side the athlete starts on and when sides change. Provide a focused question; it guides the review without dictating the answer.Ready to test the workflow with one bout?
