Create the analysis workspace
The private source remains in R2 while an owned D1 job tracks status, context, and every later action.

Segment and inspect phrases
An analysis pass proposes phrases and evidence frames. The administrator corrects timing, score, action labels, and uncertainty.

Review the bilingual draft
Findings and training tasks must cite confirmed evidence. Unsupported claims cannot enter the published report.

Publish to the athlete
A reviewed, immutable report version appears in that athlete account only. Corrections create a new version.
WHAT TO PREPARE
A stable full-piste view produces better evidence.
- Keep both fencers and the scoring box visible when possible.
- Upload the original file instead of a recompressed social clip.
- Tell us which side the athlete starts on and when sides change.
- Provide a focused question; it guides the review without dictating the answer.
