How the estimate works
Accommodation = room rate × rooms × nights. Meals = daily cost per person × travellers × meal days. Entry, travel, local transport, coaching and equipment are totals for your group. Add these items, then apply your reserve percentage to the subtotal, rounded to the nearest cent.
Fictional example, not market prices: entry 80, travel 120, a room at 150 for 2 nights, meals at 30 for 2 people over 3 days, local transport 40, coaching 60 and equipment 20. Subtotal 800; a 10% reserve gives a total of 880 in your chosen currency.
Confirm fees and refunds with the organiser and avoid counting a shared expense twice. Export before leaving this page.
